4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

• Prices, discounts, taxes, delivery upgrades, loyalty usage, and commission totals are shown where applicable before submission or payment.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers or membership platforms.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
• We may correct pricing, tax, discount, or reward errors where reasonably necessary.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund availability depends on the type of service, the stage of delivery, platform rules, and applicable law.
• For digital content, membership access, commissions, and custom services, refund rights may be limited once access has been provided, work has started, or a deliverable has been completed.
• Commission cancellations may be eligible for a full or partial refund only where appropriate and depending on the amount of work already completed, costs incurred, and the circumstances of the cancellation.
• Refunds may be refused in cases involving fraud, abuse, account sharing, piracy, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse of the service.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be legally waived.

6. Commissions and Custom Services

• CrimsonSFM may offer commissions, modifications, animation requests, custom orders, or similar services.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
• We may reject, decline, cancel, pause, simplify, or request changes to any commission at our discretion, including for legal, policy, technical, creative, scheduling, or comfort-related reasons.
• A commission is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed through the website or by written agreement and, where required, payment or required reward usage has been completed.

7. Client Materials

You may be allowed to submit descriptions, scripts, references, images, files, links, or other materials for a commission or request.

By submitting materials, you confirm that:

• you have the right to provide and use them
• they do not infringe third-party rights
• they do not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
• they do not depict, describe, or imply minors in sexual or adult contexts
• they comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• you grant CrimsonSFM permission to use submitted materials as necessary to review, price, produce, revise, deliver, support, and document the requested service.

8. Commission Process and Revisions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, workload, communication, technical issues, rendering requirements, revisions, illness, third-party delays, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Revision availability depends on the selected service, agreed scope, and stage of production.

• Minor adjustments may be included where stated.
• Major changes, new scenes, new characters, new instructions, scope changes, or changes requested after approval may require additional payment or may be refused.
• You are responsible for providing clear instructions and timely feedback.
• Delayed responses may delay delivery or affect the commission status.

9. Publication and Attribution

• Unless otherwise agreed or selected through available privacy options, CrimsonSFM may publish, display, promote, or use completed commissioned work on the website, social platforms, membership pages, portfolios, or promotional materials.
• Where attribution settings are available, you may choose whether to be credited publicly or remain anonymous.
• Where a private or non-public option is available, additional pricing or conditions may apply.

10. Rights in Commissioned Work

• Unless expressly agreed in writing, CrimsonSFM retains ownership of the final animation, project files, source files, previews, renders, creative assets, and related work.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and keep the final delivered work for personal use.
• You may not sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, remove credits or signatures, claim authorship, upload publicly without permission, use the work for paid promotion, or use the work for AI training unless expressly authorized in writing.
• Source files and project files are not included unless separately agreed.

11. User Content and Community Features

You are responsible for all content you submit, including comments, replies, profile text, avatars, reports, requests, votes, messages, feedback, applications, uploaded files, and commission materials.

By submitting content, you grant CrimsonSFM permission to host, store, display, moderate, process, remove, and use that content as necessary to operate, protect, and improve the service.

We may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate user content at any time where we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the service if you are under 18
• submit, request, post, or distribute illegal content
• submit adult content involving minors or age-ambiguous characters
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• harass, threaten, dox, exploit, impersonate, or abuse others
• upload malware, harmful files, or deceptive content
• scrape, archive, mirror, mass-download, or redistribute site content
• bypass access restrictions, membership gates, security features, or rate limits
• share, sell, or transfer your account
• leak, pirate, or redistribute exclusive content
• abuse refunds, chargebacks, discounts, loyalty rewards, or commission systems
• interfere with the website or its infrastructure
• use CrimsonSFM content for AI training without written permission

We may enforce stricter content standards than the minimum required by law.

13. Loyalty Rewards and Account Benefits

• CrimsonSFM may offer loyalty points, Omega Points, Delta Requests, Omega Requests, discounts, reward balances, extra slots, or similar account benefits.
• These benefits are promotional and platform-specific.
• They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed, corrected, limited, revoked, or discontinued.
• Rewards may expire or be forfeited in cases of misuse, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, account sharing, piracy, or violation of these Terms.

14. Support and Crimson Agent

• CrimsonSFM may provide support through staff, automated systems, and AI-assisted tools such as Crimson Agent.
• Support responses are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or error-free.
• Crimson Agent cannot override these Terms, the Privacy Policy, confirmed order details, payment-provider rules, or staff decisions.
• Support conversations may be reviewed or escalated where necessary for service, safety, moderation, or dispute-resolution purposes.

15. Newsletter and Communications

If you subscribe to release notifications or newsletters, you agree to receive those communications until you unsubscribe.

We may also send important account, security, membership, commission, legal, or service-related messages even if you unsubscribe from marketing or release emails.

16. Staff Applications

Submitting a staff, moderation, or community application does not guarantee acceptance and does not create employment, contractor, partnership, or agency status. We may review, reject, retain, or delete applications in accordance with our internal needs and applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

CrimsonSFM and its content, including animations, videos, images, designs, branding, website materials, text, layouts, software, and creative works, are owned by CrimsonSFM or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, publicly share, scrape, mirror, archive, or commercially exploit CrimsonSFM content without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

18. Anti-Piracy and Access Protection

• Unauthorized distribution, account sharing, scraping, leaking, or reposting of CrimsonSFM content is prohibited.
• We may take technical, account-based, platform-based, or legal action to protect exclusive content and enforce these Terms.
• This may include restricting access, removing rewards, cancelling services, refusing future service, issuing takedown requests, or pursuing legal remedies.

CrimsonSFM may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Patreon, SubscribeStar, payment providers, social media, hosting, or email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, policies, availability, payment decisions, account actions, or technical issues.

20. Availability and Changes

• CrimsonSFM is provided on an “as available” basis.
• We may modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any feature, content, tier, reward, price, commission option, or service at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any specific content, or compatibility with every device or browser.

21. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrimsonSFM makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free service, exact delivery timing, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of specific content or features. Commissioned work is creative in nature. Style, interpretation, pacing, composition, and final presentation may differ from subjective expectations.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrimsonSFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, CrimsonSFM’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

23. Indemnity

You agree to hold CrimsonSFM harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, submitted materials, user content, infringement of rights, payment disputes, or unlawful conduct.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, misused services, engaged in fraud or piracy, or acted unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and may not remove records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, moderation, or dispute-related reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of CrimsonSFM after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Governing Law
